WHO ARE WE?!

We help small businesses get started with their websites, and support growing ones with website maintenance, social media and edm marketing.

We were founded by British expat Sophia, a former footwear designer and product developer, and now a small boutique owner - just like you!

In 2020, after being in corporate retail for 12 years, the end of a chapter came. Covid 19 was declared a global pandemic, retail stores closed, and like many, Sophia was made redundant from the role she had relocated to Australia for.

At Fierce and Femme, our mission is to guide and inspire Women to launch their own product based businesses.
Based in Mornington, Victoria (Australia), we work with you to bring your vision to life and give you the skills to run your Shopify store. Take the pressure off learning how to website build or maintain your ecommerce store, with our range of Shopify services; or up skill your knowledge with our tips and tutorials.

OUR MISSION

This event, shaped the next two years for Sophia, taking some much needed time out to spend with family, and eventually full-filling her childhood dreams of opening a footwear boutique.

Since building a successful e-commerce store here in Mornington (Vic), Sophia went on to use the skills she had gained to help like-minded entrepreneurs, open their own. After 8 months of being fully booked with various local businesses, Fierce and Femme was finally born.

At Fierce and Femme - we are doing things a little differently! We aren't a huge corporation, nor a team of 20+ website builders with high priced services and no personal interaction. 

The services we offer are designed for small businesses because we are one!  They are for the start ups, the solo entrepreneurs, to that small business that's growing rapidly! - consider us your newest cheerleaders.
